Request a Drone Repair
Include your drone model, what happened, and any error messages. AIRBURST will contact you about next steps.
Describe the drone and the fault
Start with the manufacturer and exact model, then describe the symptoms in the order they occurred. State whether the issue began after a crash, water exposure, a firmware update, storage, or normal use. Include the wording of any error message, whether the aircraft powers on, and whether the controller connects. Distinguish what you observed from what you suspect might be broken.
List visibly affected components such as arms, propellers, motors, the camera, or the gimbal. Mention prior repairs and any modifications that could affect diagnosis or part compatibility. If the issue only occurs during flight, describe the circumstances without attempting another test flight. A short account of the sequence is more useful than guessing which component needs replacement. Do not include account passwords in the request.
Safe handling and repair planning
Stop flying an aircraft with suspected structural, propulsion, or control problems. Damaged propellers and loose components can create a safety risk even if the drone still powers on. Do not charge or use a swollen, leaking, unusually hot, or visibly damaged battery. Keep people away from hazardous equipment and seek appropriate local guidance for safe battery handling or disposal.
Repair scope depends on diagnosis, part availability, and the condition of the aircraft. An initial description cannot establish the full cost or confirm that repair is practical. Ask about assessment arrangements, any diagnostic charges, and approval of proposed work before proceeding. Do not ship or deliver a drone or battery until handling and intake instructions have been confirmed.
After sending the request
AIRBURST can follow up to clarify symptoms and discuss the next step for evaluation. Keep your model information and relevant error messages available. Before authorizing work, confirm the proposed repairs, estimated cost, expected timing, and whether further faults could change the scope. A completion date should not be assumed from the form submission, especially when replacement parts or additional troubleshooting may be needed.
Repair request questions
Can you quote a repair from a description?
A description can guide the initial discussion, but hidden damage and component faults may require assessment. Ask what can be estimated before inspection and what remains uncertain.
Should I include the controller and battery?
List the accessories involved in the problem, then wait for intake instructions. The items needed for diagnosis depend on the fault and any battery safety concerns.
Will my recordings be needed?
Mention whether existing photos, logs, or error screenshots document the issue. Ask how to provide relevant material safely, and back up important files before any agreed service.
