Drone Inspection Services
Roof, tower, solar, and infrastructure inspections, without scaffolding, lifts, or risk to your crew.
A 20-minute drone flight can replace a half-day climb. AIRBURST delivers high-resolution visual inspections and thermal imaging for insurance adjusters, facility managers, and engineering firms.
Every inspection ships with annotated imagery, a written findings report, and the raw flight data for your records.
Drone inspection services can document roofs, towers, solar equipment, and other difficult-to-reach structures. Tell us which surfaces or components need attention and whether the purpose is routine maintenance, storm documentation, or a closer visual review. Overview images help locate each detail, while targeted images provide context for the person reviewing the findings.
Provide the property address, access contact, and any existing drawings or known concerns. Identify obstructions, nearby electrical equipment, and parts of the site that cannot be entered. Drone imagery is supporting documentation, not a substitute for a qualified engineer's assessment or a hands-on inspection when one is required. Agree on the intended use of thermal images and the report format before the visit.
What a drone inspection covers
A drone inspection documents the visible condition of a roof, tower, solar array, or building exterior without ladders, lifts, or scaffolding. We capture every elevation with a high-resolution camera and, when needed, a thermal camera that shows heat differences linked to moisture, failed solar cells, or electrical faults. The images are organized by location on the structure so contractors and adjusters can find each issue quickly.
Reports for owners, insurers, and contractors
After the flight, you receive dated, annotated photos and a short condition summary that lists what we observed. The report does not replace an engineer or licensed roofer, but it gives them clear evidence to review before a site visit. Many clients schedule repeat inspections after storms or at set intervals, so changes in a roof or structure can be compared over time.
Common inspection requests near you
Across Houston and Peach counties, the most common drone inspections we fly are storm damage checks after hail or high wind, roof condition reports for home sales and insurance renewals, thermal scans of residential and commercial solar arrays, and close views of towers, silos, and water tanks. Drone inspections keep workers off steep or fragile roofs, reduce the cost of lifts and scaffolding, and let owners see problems before they turn into leaks or outages.
